How do I get a quote?
WhatsApp us on 083 265 5884 with your suburb, what you want cleaned and a few photos. You can also call, or fill in the quote form. Quotations are free.
Why don't you show prices on the website?
Because every property is different. The number of windows, access, burglar bars, the size of the home and how long since the last clean all change the time a job takes. We'd rather give you an accurate quote than a misleading "from" price.
How quickly can you come?
It depends on the week and your area. Strand, Somerset West and Stellenbosch are on our regular rounds, so those are usually the quickest to schedule. Ask on WhatsApp and we'll give you the next available slot.
Do you charge for a site visit?
No. If we need to see the property to quote properly — common for larger homes and commercial premises — the visit is free.
Window cleaning
Do you clean windows inside and outside?
Yes. Most clients book both sides. We can also do outside-only or inside-only — tell us which when you ask for a quote.
Are frames, sills and sliding-door tracks included?
Yes. A window clean with us includes wiping down frames and sills, and clearing and wiping sliding-door tracks. It's what keeps the glass looking clean for longer.
Can you clean upstairs windows?
Often, yes. Send a photo of the outside of the house on WhatsApp and we'll confirm which windows we can reach safely before we quote. We won't quote for anything we can't do safely.
How much does window cleaning cost?
We quote per property rather than publishing a price list, because the number of panes, access, burglar bars and the state of the glass all change the time it takes. Quotations are free.
How often should I get my windows cleaned?
It depends on where you live. Homes near the sea in Strand and Gordon's Bay collect salt quickly and often book every one to two months. Inland homes in Somerset West and Stellenbosch usually book every two to three months, or before the summer.

Yes. Everyone we send to your home or business has been vetted.
What products do you use?
We use eco-friendly cleaning products wherever possible and bring all our own equipment. If you'd like us to use a particular product on a surface, tell us.
Do I need to provide anything?
Usually just access, and a tap and plug point if we need them. We bring everything else.
Areas
Which areas do you cover?
Our home patch is Strand, Somerset West, Gordon's Bay and Stellenbosch. We also quote across the City Bowl, Southern Suburbs, Atlantic Seaboard and Northern Suburbs — travel is included in the quote.
Do you work in security estates?
Yes. Tell us the estate and gate procedure when you book, and we'll follow the estate's contractor rules.
